Debra Lynn "Debbie" Bodge, 63, of Parkersburg passed away peacefully October 7 at Stonerise following a lengthy battle with COPD. She was born in Parkersburg in 1957 and was a 1975 graduate of PHS. Debbie enjoyed working with crafts and the many pets she had over the years. She was especially fond of her niece Megan and her nephew Eric and she cherished her many friends and neighbors who were so supportive during her illness. Debbie was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Doris Jean Bodge, and she was also preceded in death by her brother Bill Boso. She is survived by her brother Steve Bodge (Deidra) of Washington, her neice Megan Dillaman (Ben) and her great niece Willow Dillaman of Morgantown and her nephew Eric Bodge (Mackenzie Fahey) of Cincinnati. The family is being assisted by the Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society. A remembrance for family and friends will be held at a later date when health conditions improve.

To Steve and family. We were so sad to hear of the loss of Debbie. We shared many good times together in years gone by. Debbie was responsible for our first date and 46 years later we are living the dream. She will be missed by many. Love to all.

My sympathy to all of Debbie's family and friends, especially to her brother Steve. Our family and yours were neighbors for many years, and we remember each one of you fondly. May light perpetual shine upon her.

Steve & family was so sad to hear of Debbie's passing. She will be greatly missed. Debbie was a dear high school & post high school friend of mine & Brian's. We kept in touch at Christmas by exchanging Christmas Cards with notes about what occurred during the year! Don't know how we did it with address changes through the years, but we did! Please know we are thinking of you all, & very sadden by the news.
