Keep resting in God's love till we meet to part no more.

Abigail Fehintola Abe, fondly called "Fehinto" by her family or "Tola" by friends, has gone to be with the Lord. You fought long and hard. You were brave even in the face of death. Our dearly beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend ended her earthly sojourn on June 16th, 2022. Death leaves behind a hole and a heartache that only God can heal. The only brightness we have is that love leaves lasting loving memories that we can carry on with us. Fehinto, your life was truly a blessing to us all. We treasure each moment that we spent with you and miss you beyond measure.

Tola lived an impactful life. She worked professionally in the post office, and as a mortgage broker and property manager till her death. She was known to be hard-working, caring, and always spreading love and kindness to co-workers and friends. She was well trained and received her education at prestigious universities such as the University of Ibadan and Obafemi Awolowo University. She enjoyed helping others, giving, and supporting others and was deeply committed to rehabilitating others. Her philosophy was that there was no one too scarred to make a turnaround for good. She was known to always be willing to never give up on anyone, especially family. She was indeed a great woman who influenced countless lives with her heart of gold.

She loved family. Fehinto was a devoted and loving mother who raised 2 beautiful God-fearing daughters. She was a loving wife for over 27 years. She truly loved God and served dutifully in several capacities such as the prayer, treasury, and hospitality teams. Her favorite meal was yam, with eggs, sprinkled with liver choppings. Her favorite color was purple. She loved spending time with her family. She believed strongly in helping as many people as she could. She always had a kind word, a word of wisdom and goodwill for all who crossed her path. She worked tirelessly and sacrificially to keep the family together, always checking up on others and making sure everyone was doing okay. She indeed had a heart of gold. She loved gospel hymns and worship songs. Her favorite hymn was:

"In Christ alone, my hope is found He is my light, my strength, my song This cornerstone, this solid ground, Firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace When fears are stilled when strivings cease! My comforter, my all in all Here in the love of Christ I stand"No guilt in life, no fear in death This is the power of Christ in me From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. No power of hell, no scheme of man, Can ever pluck me from His hand 'Til He returns or calls me home Here in the power of Christ I'll stand".

We can go on and on reminiscing on how wonderful a soul Fehinto was. Earth truly lost a gem and heaven gained an angel. Jesus indeed commands our destinies and we will continue to stand in the power of Christ till he returns or calls us home. Rest in God's love dearly beloved, till we meet to part no more. We love you so much!!!

Lovely survived by Victor (husband), Simi (daughter), Ore-Ofe (daughter), In-laws, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She will be buried on July 13th, 2022 at 12 noon at Peterboro, United Kingdom
