I would like to get in touch with his family. I used to know them all and I lost track. His mother Rita and I were best of friends.

Bri Bri, please forgive me for taking so long to write on this wall, I am not good at this sort of thing. I have so many fond memories of our shenanigans together, you were always so up to have a good time..and always insisted on paying for everything. A very kind soul eager to help your fellow human, and that signature laugh that could be heard from far. You bought me my first real Bike, put it on your credit card and allowed me to pay you back, and that was within the first year or so of knowing you out of the 27 years I was blessed to have you as a friend.
We lost touch for some years, but luckily I did get to see you in September of 2019. You have had a major impression on me, and have helped me to see that there really are compassionate loving people in this world, at times I have doubted that. I do have more to say, and god willing.. will be back to type it here. I love you Bri Bri and look forward to seeing you again, as I know in my heart, I will.

I met Brian about 15 years ago in a time of transition and we shared a deep connection and joy of service to fellow humans. He was such a good heart always willing to jump in and make projects happen. A skilled builder, plumber, even electrical stuff. I’m so sorry for Lily not to grow up with his shenanigans and joy of giving to others. And Angela- I’m so sorry for your loss too. I know he’s in the wind and in the sun, with you always. Bless you Brian.

I remember clearly the last time I talked to you even though it was a few years ago. You visited on your way through to visit Josh and I remember thinking what a great young man you were, intelligent, adventurous and fun loving. Glad to have known you.

Hug O' War I will not play at tug o' war, I'd rather play at hug o' war. Where everyone hugs Instead of tugs, Where everyone giggles And rolls on the rug Where everyone kisses, And everyone grins, And everyone cuddles, And everyone wins. -Shel Silverstein

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Brian, not only to his family and friends, daughter Lily, but what a loss to this world. I met Brian through the PGNA when I was helping with the annual National Night Out/Movie in the Park. Brian always stepped up to help out, especially if it came down to cooking hotdogs. He would show up in his kilt (sp?) along with his boistrous laughter that always got the crowds going. I will always remember that laugh and infectious spirit. Rest in Peace Brian.

Brian you will be missed. The photo is of the Trisome 21 show we went to 3-13-19 at the Tonic. Brian was amazed when I bought him dinner and paid for the show. He was that guy that never asked for anything and always tried to help you out or cover the cost for everything you'd do with him. He was the guy that crawled under my house for a bad broken drain pipe that had gone unchecked for years and sat in maggot infested water to fix it so I could catch a plane to see my daughter and not worry the whole time my house sinking. Through the last year we worked on our mutual depression issues together trying to be more supportive of each other. One of the only people I know of that wouldn't judge the some times crazy thoughts that may go through ones head. In the many years I've witnessed him help out countless people with no return. I'm one of those that he would take along to a job site back in the day and give me work when I was unemployed. I learned from him the value of doing the job right and not just doing it to get done. So much to say, there will never be another one like Brian. I miss you my friend.

I am very sad to hear this. Brian was such a kind person, and had such a great sense of humor! We were friends in HS, lost contact and reconnected a few years ago at a party. This photo is from when we were in mime troupe in high school. My heart goes out to his family and other friends.

Brian was one of the most intelligent and philosophical people I’d ever met and I feel so blessed to have been his friend. He came to Hong Kong to visit me while I was living there and at times we would meet when I was in the Pacific Northwest. I remember our last meeting walking along the new waterfront of Vancouver, WA with Rosco by our side. Brian was one of those souls that was poetic and gentle; tender and patient, and extremely caring. His love for the lights at the Grotto and our Indian food place will be visited annually in remembrance of the nice time we had there.
