Vishy – my Friend, Colleague and a Brother. I will miss you dearly. There are very few people who come into our life, and shape not only our professional journey but also become a part of our personal lives. For me, Vishy was more than just a colleague—he was an elder brother, a mentor, and my biggest collaborator. From the moment we started working together, I knew he was someone special. His wisdom, patience, clarity of thinking and the genuine heart were unmatched. He had a way of making the most complex challenges seem simple. Whether it was navigating difficult projects, brainstorming ideas, or just sharing a laugh after a long day, Vishy was always there. His ability to lead strong people, build a team and inspire everyone was remarkable. His presence in every meeting was undeniable, whether he spoke just a sentence or took the stage. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that here was a master of his craft who had earned the respect of everyone. Beyond work, Vishy was a confidant and a source of strength to me. He was someone I could always turn to. His words carried wisdom, his actions embodied kindness, and his friendship was a gift I will always cherish. As I reflect on the years we spent together, I realize how deeply he has impacted my life. While his absence leaves a void, a part of him will continue to live on in all of us who had the privilege of knowing him. Vishy, thank you for everything. You will always be remembered, not just for what you did, but for who you were. Your guidance, warmth, and friendship will remain in our hearts forever. Everytime I thought of you, I would remember your naughty smile and the twinkle in your eyes. Now, these memories bring tears to my eyes, and that hurts. Rest in peace, dear friend.
