Naser was a jolly personality. He used to keep in touch with friends and was always humorous and polite and soft spoken. He started his journey from Bihar's Aurangabad and ended in Nigeria's Maiduguri where he settled and dedicated his life to international development. His family played a great role in his success and all lived together in Nigeria very happily. The XISSians of 1986-88 batch has lots of loving memories of Naser during the semester lectures, field trips, rural camps, and external tours. Everybody misses him a lot and wish heartfelt condolences to the family and friends for the irreparable loss. We pray him to REST IN PEACE. We the batchmates of RD-1986-88 are shocked, shattered and saddened to learn about the sudden expiry of our loving friend Naser Ahmed Khan. He was actively engaged in CIDAR and its humanitarian activities, an NGO he built up after spending long years in Abuja, Nigeria. He is survived by his wife Saba and two loving sons. We will cherish the fond memories together at XISS and thereafter in our professional lives. He was a sweet, loving friend and he had remained connected with every single friend till he breathed his last. We uphold him in our prayers. We send our love and comfort to the grieving family members in these extraordinarily difficult times. With blessings and prayers Grieving friends of Naser

The late Mr Naser Ahmed Khan was the first Boss I start my career with in the year 2017 immediately after my graduation 🎓 here in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. I learned almost everything in Microsoft office from him, he sent me to numerous training, capacity building, seminar, workshops and webinars. Whenever Mr Naser is operating Microsoft Excel I see it as magic ✨, he only laugh 😂 and say I shouldn't mind as long as am with him, he will teach me the little he knows from his knowledge. My knowledge of Hygiene promotion, Water Quality and Solar system installation was all from him

One day myself, Naser, D.K.& Dibyendu were returning from XISS to our respective mess/hostel by walking and gossiping gently and slowly, Naser had told us to visit his mess. We had entered his mess and he offered us tiffin and we happily enjoyed it in a single plate. A single plate and four friends together, obviously most of the chatting was in Bengali. This loving memory of our loving friend Naser was exceptionally good. A few months back chatting I have learned that he was worried about the local situation of Nigeria specially for children. He was too busy in extra duty of providing relief and others emergency services. I asked him," Why not you planning to come to India and work over here? He immediately replied m… Mithilesh: It is very shocking news. Deep condolences to his family. S.K.Pradhan: Very sad news! Bipul: No words to miss a friend like Naser for ever. It is too overwhelming for me. most saddening. 🙏🏽 Naser, still I can't believe that you left us for heavenly abode so early! Shocked and deeply saddened by your sudden departure. Though our interactions were not as many, I vividly remember your calm, spontaneous smile and your friendliness from our XISS days. You always came across as a deeply committed, warm and sincere person whenever we exchanged wishes or pleasantries virtually. I kept hearing about your contributions in development of poor people in Nigeria through your professional work and the independent development work you initiated there off late. Although I don't know much about this work there, knowing your commitment to poverty eradication, I am sure your work has great significance in the lives of the ordinary people there. I am sure everyone will remember you for your genuineness, kind heart and deep commitment. It's a personal loss for us, those who got to know you as friend and co-traveller. My prayers for your family to get strength...... Rest in peace my friend 🙏🏽
