Some of the fondest memories I had was when I was younger of my Uncle Jr. I remember looking forward to coming to their house to swim in the pool. I also loved to watch him and my Aunt Margarita dance to musica de la mariachis and will cherish the time we all spent in Rosarito Beach Hotel. One special moment that gave me confidence in myself was when Jr. told me I was going to do well in life. I was a teenager at the time and didn't have a father to look up to, so that comment helped more than he probably ever knew. Rest in peace Uncle Junior, I will always hear your deep baritone voice in my head and continue to try and emulate that in my speech, especially to my sons. Thank you for your guidance and dedication to your family, you will be missed physically but never forgotten.
