Brenda Williams

Brenda  Kay Williams ,58, of Parkersburg passed away March 27, 2018 at her residence under the loving care of her family and Housecalls Hospice.  Brenda was born November 18, 1959 in Parkersburg, WV and was the daughter of the late Leroy Lewis and Betty Lou Davis Scarberry.  Brenda is survived by her companion Wayne Larry Foggin, sons Ronnie Hopkins (Jenny), Shawn Hopkins (Mel), Christopher Hopkins (Carol), all of Parkersburg, step sister Karen Sue Buckhannon (Roy), step brother Bill Willton McMillan and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Beatrice "Moe" Dennis, and step brother David Lewis Scarberry.
