Did you ever learn something about John that surprised you?
I remember when you were making fried rice, and I was praying you called me to the kitchen cus I wanted to see the recipe of the food that was overwhelming me from afar and finally you called me to help you cut up the veggies and I learnt how to make fried rice from that day. We miss you Chief Chef John, rest in perfect peace 🕊️

Three years ago today, you completed your earthly assignment and returned to your Maker, leaving us bewildered and sad as we tried to make sense of your death. Acceptance was the only option, the wish that you were not dead somehow subsumed under the fact that you were. You will forever remain in our hearts 💕. Your memory lives on. Your gorgeous grandson looks like you! Rest on, John; my Pally; Johnnie Boogie; Big Jay; Double Chief. Rest on.

You were the love of my life. Losing you has been the most difficult thing to bear, My Pally, my husband, the father of my children. You have left us all alone and now we have to find a way to go on without you. Rest on my beloved husband. You filled our lives and the children and I will always remember you with love and joy. Your mother misses you so much. We all do.
