It’s our responsibility to help you preserve the stories that matter most to you.
It started with an idea.
While visiting my grandfather’s grave, I came across another man’s columbarium that contained a CD with the words “dad’s work” written on it. Intrigued, I reached for my phone and tried searching for his name online but nothing came up: no obituary, no Facebook profile, no photos. Was he an author? A photographer? An engineer? I would never know the contents of that disc or the story behind the name on his monument. All I would know about this man was his date of birth, date of death and the “dash” in between.
This experience made me realise that every dash has a story to tell. We are constantly sharing our personal stories on social media, online forums, and engaging with each other’s stories on blogs and podcasts. Yet, when it comes to the conclusion of our own lives, our stories are frozen at our last Facebook post, our favourite moments are lost on a friend’s smartphone, and our history lives on silently.
The Keeper Team has since created an interactive storytelling platform that allows you to collaboratively fill in the dash with memories, tributes, photos and more. You now have the ability to become the Keeper of your loved one’s legacy and preserve and share your entire family history with future generations.

It grew into something bigger.
In 2023, the Keeper Memorial team expanded to 30+ team members across 20 cities and is supporting over 5 million memorial pages in 238+ countries.

And it continues to grow.
Championed by Mandy Benoualid, Founder & President, and our global family, Keeper Memorials is proud to be recognised as one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most innovative companies in the deathcare space.
