Ruby Joy Manuel

Ruby “Joy” Manuel born January 5th 1941 died March 20th, 2022 peacefully at home in Bellflower, CA. She died of congestive heart failure at 81 years old. She was born in Laquey, Missouri, raised in Springfield, Missouri.  Joy married Larry Nathan Manuel in 1956 in Arizona. They lived in Springfield, Missouri in the early years and moved to Southern California.

She was predeceased by her parents Murl & Lucy Rogers, husband Larry, brother Jerry, and grandson Nathan. She was survived by 4 children: Sherry, Karen, David & Gail; grandchildren: Trisha, Gavin, Tarah, Emily, Jesse, Ruby, & Luc; great grandchildren: McKinley, Jessica, Alayna, Kayla, Nalani, Laura, Kennedy, Cooper, Marshall, Willow & Everett.
