Mrs. Simon was a powerful prayer warrior. I can always count on her to pray for me and my family. She would always give you good words of encouragement. I can remember her praying for me and encouraging me after my mom passed. It was a pleasure to work with her a Brother Simon when we were a part of the Familily Life Ministeries in Abaco.

My mother was my tower of strength although there were many times she looked to me for strength. She was always loving and forgiving even if I thought she should tell the person off lol. He was never short of a kind word. I'll miss being able to call her at anytime for anything. I'll miss my momzel. She served God until her very last breath and I intend to do the same. Love always

There is nothing I can say that will ease the pain you all are feeling but I hope you can take comfort in the fact that Mrs. Simon left behind a legacy far greater than persons who walked this earth longer than she did. She was an amazing teacher who took pride in not only teaching but also mentoring her students. She was a mother to anyone who needed her. She was her brother's keeper. She demanded respect without having to say a word. Every memory I have of her is a fond one. From the way she sat at her desk and every so often the sound of her soft singing would be heard, to the way she walked the halls of St. Francis de Sales with poise and grace. She was loved by all who knew her & her memory will live on.
