Gail May Stevens

Gail May Moore, 57, of Bentonville, Arkansas died Sunday, May 6, 2007 at her home in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born on May 16, 1949 in Oak Park, Illinois to Thomas Moore, Jr. and Joyce Munting Moore.

She was a Girl Scout from 2nd grade through high School. She had an Associates degree from Patricia Stevens Business College in Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. She enjoyed horses, which was a big part of her life, and was member of NATRAC. She attended Hiwasse Baptist Church. She worked for the Village Pet Hospital in Bella Vista for over 10 years for Dr. Dick Arnold as Clinic Office Manager and Surgical Assistant.

She was preceded in death by her father and nephew, Austin Heath.

She is survived by her husband, of 39 years, Wendell H. Stevens III of Bentonville, Arkansas; mother, Joyce Moore-Gilbert of Bella Vista, Arkansas; one son, Thomas Wendell Stevens of Hiwasse, Arkansas; one daughter, Kristine Clinkscales and husband, Kevin of Lowell, Arkansas; one brother, Mark Thomas Moore and wife, Mary of Watertown, Wisconsin; one sister, Cindy Duckworth and husband, David of Shawnee, Kansas, and one grandchild, Marshall Mathew Dillion.

A Memorial Service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at St. Theodore’s Episcopal Church, 1001 Kingsland Road, Bella Vista, Arkansas with Father Ken Parks officiating. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Arkansas.
