Derek, My Brother and my friend, i praise GOD for who HE created you to be and finishing strong. Thanks for showing me Christ love during my trials and reassuring me that I can do ALL things through HIM who strengthens me. You have shared your passion with me of baseball, basketball and HIS word. I thank GOD using you to encourage me in my career. I definitely miss your laughs, talk and encouragement. Derek, you are one of the best roommates I ever had. You were so easy to get along with, funny, caring, and goofy all at the same time. I will always remember sitting in the Morley House living room with you, watching Dodger games and other sports. I enjoyed going to UCLA games with you (even though you were an SC fan) and hanging out at the Rose Bowl. You always had such an infectious laugh and a welcoming personality that made other people want to be around you. Even though I know you are in the most amazing place right now, I already miss you so much. Love you brother.
