Dale Edward Loree

Dale Edward Loree, 71, passed away on August 14, 2024 after a courageous battle with ALS. 

Dale was born in London, Ontario, on November 7, 1952. He moved to the United States at the age of four and grew up in Bay City, Michigan. After graduating from Garber High School, he studied at Michigan State and Rutgers University, where he earned a master’s degree in engineering. Over his long career as a packaging engineer, he never lost his passion for his work and designing better ways to do things. He was fascinated by commerce and business, and in his free time, loved to immerse himself in the world of stocks and trading. 

He married his wife, Jami, in 1995, and moved to southern California, where they lived for many years. Dale was a loving and watchful father to his two children. He participated in Indian Guides and Indian Princesses when they were little, enjoying years of camp outs and other adventures with his kids. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Mildred Loree, and his brother Mark. He is survived by his wife, Jami, daughter, Lelah, son Adam, and his sister, Robyn Romp.
