Anthony Greene

Anthony Ray Greene passed away unexpectedly on January 07, 2023 at Riverbend Hospital in Springfield, OR from cardiac arrest. He was 55 years old.

He is survived by his mother, Louise Martin of Elkton, OR. A brother, Vincent Martin of Portland, OR. A sister, Angel Gatlin of Eugene, OR. A brother-in-law, Rafael Osornio Sr of Eugene, OR. 2 Nephews, Gabriel Osornio of Eugene, OR and Rafael Osornio Jr. Of Tuscon, AZ. A daughter Crystal Greene of California and 4 grandchildren also of California. 

Tony was the type of person who would do anything for anyone without any hesitation. He would gladly give you the shirt off his back if you needed.   He was well traveled and had been through most all of the United States (most of that by way of walking and hitchhiking back in the day). and loved all the experiences he had when doing so. 

He eventually settled down between Eugene & Elkton, OR so that he could be close to his family. He enjoyed building bicycles for fun and taking things apart to see what made it work as well as putting it all back together so he could say he knew how to do it now.  Loved music,  played some guitar and could quote word for word most all heavy metal bands songs for fun.  

If he called you his friend, know that you were a friend for life & he'd always have your back. He was a very unique & awesome individual and he will be deeply missed & never forgotten.
