We've created this memorial to celebrate the life of our colleague, Tina Raley. We hope that a funny or joyful story about an experience you had working on a project together will offer some comfort to her family. Through these stories you can share how Tina impacted you and share your condolences for the loss of this caring and wonderful person we were all lucky enough to know. If you'd like to contribute, please share your memories and pictures here so that we can create keepsake books for Tina’s family.
Tina joined Scripps in 2015 as part of the compensation team. Six years later, she began to oversee the team and lead the compensation strategy for the company. Tina led with compassion, kindness and curiosity. If you ever had the pleasure of working with her, then you’re familiar with her smile lighting up the room and her calming presence.
Tina’s family was her pride and joy. She is survived by her husband, Lionel, and children, Jonathan, Camryn, Peyton and Caleb.

Tina was someone who was easy to like and look up to. I worked with her on a few projects. She was a wonderful leader, always kind, including everyone in the conversation, incredibly effective. She had a calm, assured manner that inspired confidence and made her teams enjoyable to be a part of. I'll miss her. It's rare to meet someone with such grace and talent. She brought a lot of light into the world and made it a better place. My heart goes out to her and to her family. My thoughts are with you.

I worked with Tina on some monumental projects over the years. I have such a heavy heart from this loss. Tina's expertise and wisdom were considerable, and her guidance invaluable. Tina was the picture of grace, always calm, cool, and collected, even in the face of the most daunting situations (and people). Tina's ability to think long term and illuminate paths reliably led us to success. ~ Tina wasn't just a coworker though; What truly defined Tina was her warmth and empathy. She stood out for her care and concern for others. Her friendly compassionate spirit touched my life. Her persistence and strength through her illness was so inspiring to me personally. I will miss her deeply. See you on the other side my friend.

Tina and I started at Scripps the same year. I had the privilege of working with her throughout her time with the company. She was so calm, smart and thoughtful and had such a quiet authority about her. I never saw Tina flustered – not even when she was managing remote school during Covid. If things were getting lively at home during a meeting, she would excuse herself, switch her camera off briefly, then come back on with everything resolved and as calm as ever ready to pick up right where she left off. I could never figure out how she managed that! She was clearly an incredible mom and so proud of her family. More recently, Tina showed me such kindness and concern as I was dealing with a health issue, and I am so grateful for her advice and support. I will always remember Tina with that beautiful smile on her face. My deepest condolences to her family and all who loved her. Scripps will not be the same without her.
