Therese Donner

Therese M. Donner 1934 - 2019 Therese Donner, age 84, a resident of Glen Rock for over 55 years, died peacefully on Sunday, June 9, with family by her side. Born and raised in Chicago, she moved to Glen Rock with her husband in 1962. She loved living in Glen Rock and was often found with her children, and later grandchildren, at the community pool. She enjoyed taking walks through the town, learning new knitting patterns at the (former) Knit Shop, and volunteering her time at St. Catherine Church. She was an avid reader and faithfully attended events at the local book stores where she collected signed first editions. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Donner. She is survived by her sister Ruth Ann Moller, her children Margaret Tremper (James), Mark (Sandi), Stephen (Amy), Matthew (Dee), and Susan; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Funeral service will be held on July 26 at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Catharine Church, 905 Maple Ave, Glen Rock, New Jersey 07452 followed by a private family burial.
