Condolences to Theresa, Michael, Joe and all the Delgado & Sanchez families. I've Terry since he was in grade school and worked with him for over 20 years at both the SFPD and SFSO. We played many jokes on each other over the years but I also knew him as a professional. Rest in peace my friend!!!

Terry was an awesome Brother in Blue. I appreciated his expertise in Traffic and firearms matters. I learned "a thing or two" from him, at the range and on the street. Terry, thank you for your service. I was a brunt of his ever present humor (lol, DRY humor), on more than one occasion, usually deserved and always in fun. Theresa, Michael, and Delgado family, I am so sorry for your loss. May God bless and comfort each of you. I am pretty sure St. Michael and St. Peter will have clean and well serviced weapons at hand, if they let Terry run Heaven's Armory. RIP sir, and fly with the Angels.
