Sal, “Sonny”, called not long before her death telling me she had just been released from the hospital back to nursing care. I am so sorry to learn by an internet search that she has passed. She loved her family and was faithful to her friends. She stayed in touch with those she cared about…like me. Blessings on Eddie, Cheryl and Mary!

Eddie Bert, I am so sorry to hear of Sally Ann’s passing. I’ll never forget all our wonderful summers in Taos with you and her and Aunt Skeeter and Uncle Bud and my aunt Charlsie Mae. What fun we had! Those are such very precious memories to me and always will be. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Vanette (Ragland) Powell

Eddie Bert and family, I am so very sorry to hear about Sally Ann's passing. You both have always been extended members of our family. Sally and I were to get together and write a book about our childhood days - the fun and heartaches - but just never took the time to do it. I am so very sorry and regret the fact that we didn't keep in touch as we should have. I am so very sorry about her passing. I will miss her dearly. Love to you all, Janet Cunico
