Nancy Elizabeth Hunt

Nancy Elizabeth Hunt, 76, of Pueblo, CO went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hunt; daughter, April Phillips; parents, Cecil and Francis Gant; 5 sisters; 3 bothers. She is survived by her children, Amy (Carl) Holmes, Brian Phillips and Andrew (Sara) Phillips; stepchildren, Travis (Patricia) Hunt, Shannon Stewart, Dustin (Jennifer) Hunt and Sara Hunt; 20 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Lois Adkins and Paul Gant; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Nancy was born in Pueblo, CO She graduated from East High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Colorado State College. She received her master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. She taught at Pueblo Community College. She was awarded adjunct teacher of the year in 2020. Nancy enjoyed gardening, scrapbooking, singing, coloring, crafts and doing puzzles. She loved teaching and was a woman of unwavering faith, she exemplified strength and grace in every aspect of her life. Nancy will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
