Michael Thomas Gaw

Gen. Gaw was my mentor and my guiding light. He was the epitome of a leader. He was selfless and led by example aa well as his competence and stature. He was very quick witted and with his wry sense of humor he could both command attention and keep tensions from building in stressful situations. Other than my own father I never met a man for whom I had more respect, to whom I more looked up to or learned from or whom I had more love than Michael Gaw. If I make it to heaven I will enlist in his Division
