Joyce Carey Lewis

On October 3rd 2024 Joyce Carey Lewis passed away at home in Higginsville MO.

Surrounded by her Daughter Michele Lewis.

Joyce was a wonderful woman with an amazing heart. 

Joyce loved making quilts for her family, friends, and church. 

Joyce always loved their trips to Colorado and to Eureka Springs, AR to see her oldest Grandson Scott Dobbins and her other daughter Vira Dobbins.

Joyce joined her husband Charles F. “Chuck” Lewis on October 3rd 2024.

Surviving are one son, Charles Matthew (Brenda) Lewis of Blue Springs; two daughters, Vira Dobbins of Eureka Springs Arkansas and Michele Lewis of Higginsville, Missouri; one brother, Samuel (Sharon) Lewis of Shell Knob, Missouri; and five grandchildren, Scott Dobbins, Cassie Lewis Tonia Lewis, Matthew Lewis and Kaitlin Lewis.
