Welcome to Jessica’s memorial page in celebration of her life.
The day Jessica was born she was the most beautiful little baby you could ever hope to see, and she was an especially wonderful blessing to Herb and Angela as they started their family. She was a gentle soul and even her cry was gentle.
As a child and growing up she had a naturally happy disposition and was content. She was easy to take care of and was very smart catching onto learning new things so easily. She loved drawing and playing pretend and watching her favorite dessert making shows on the Food Network and she would pretend to be the host of the show. She desperately wanted to have a sister and was gifted Sophia as a loving sister at the age of 4 years old. Sophia looked up to Jessica and followed her around everywhere. She was told that would probably happen, but she didn’t care she just wanted a sister. As she got older, she loved drawing fashion outfits and she loved to play with makeup and would practice in her room for hours just for fun. Eventually it was painting and journaling that she would spend her time with which she enjoyed and helped her feel good. Her interest in psychology came when she was dealing with her own mental health issues. In turn she did help people she knew with their mental health by using what she had learned from going to different Therapists. There were a few testimonies after she passed of how she helped friends overcome their depression. She was selfless and was more interested in helping the needs of others. She was starting to turn a corner in her life when realizing the type of work she wanted to do and the school she wanted to attend. She really wanted to work with children and was doing her Co-Op in a Kindergarten class which she loved. She wanted to attend Glendon University for Child Psychology which would be taught in French to continue with her French Immersion education. Unfortunately, as difficult as it is to understand why her life ended so soon or to be angry at God, we can look at it another way. Jessica lived a full life, although short, she impacted so many. Her legacy memory will live on in these pages and beyond.
One day we will all live happily together once again in heaven. She would want us all to dwell on the happy times we shared with her and let any sad memories fade.
Take the opportunity to share some of your favorite memories of Jessica’s life by posting photos and sharing stories of happy memories you had with her. Let us keep her memory alive!

Our life is but a stopping place. A pause in what's to be...a resting place along the road to a sweet eternity. We all have different journeys, different paths along the way. We are meant to learn some things, but never meant to stay. Our destination is a place...far greater than we know. For some the journey is quicker, and for some the journey is slow. And when the journey finally ends...we'll claim a great reward, and find an everlasting peace... Together with the Lord

You always were a funny little girl and this is how I will always remember you
