Jason Robert Dugan, of Saint Petersburg, FL, passed away on December 23, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and a brother. He worked as an electrician, and a landscaper. He helped his parents with home improvements, often. He loved his kitties, and stayed a loyal friend to many people from high school. He was a gentle soul with a heart of gold. He will be dearly missed by many.

Jason deserves a memorial. Please pm me on facebook if any edits need to be made in this tribute. I am a long ago ex gf, and we didnt date long, but I always looked in on him and was proud of his sobriety, at least until I learned he died of alcohol poisoning. This is really tragic news. He had a really hard time coping with his father's death. I hope his mom and brother are working through this. God bless them. Rest in peace, Jason.
