We got to know Heather as clients at Ptbo Pet Hospital over many years and she was always there for us and our pets. When we had our dog Sally put down in January, and had no more pets, Heather suggested we needed a bonded pair of cats. She offered to keep an ear out for us. We went ahead and took her advice and adopted a pair from the Humane Society. Not knowing of her death, I went in recently to share photos and was so shocked and saddened to hear the news. Thank you, Heather, for all the support you gave our family over many years.

Hearing the news that Heather was gone was so incredibly heartbreaking. I had the pleasure of working alongside her at the reception desk at PPH for many years and enjoyed every moment with her. She was funny, strong, energetic, so knowledgeable, friendly and had just the right about of sass that made me love her that much more. She was always so proud of her kids and family and talked about you guys all the time. Heather treated me and my kids like we were her family, always so welcoming and playful. We always talked about her coming out to PEI and it makes me sad that she didn't get the chance. The world just won't be the same without her here. Thinking of her family as you guys navigate this huge loss.
