TRIBUTE BY PALLADIUM COUSINS Growing up in Palladium at "Pillar Enyo" with all its ups and downs, has turned out to be a major childhood memory. Ataa Kwei made his indelible mark amongst us! He was the Chorister, the Server, the one who extended himself well beyond what most of us as kids, would have thought to do, to serve at church and in the community. He was intelligent and capable, applying himself in various ways to various ventures. Our cousin Ataa Kwei was kind hearted and always had a smile that showed even in his eyes. He had a beautiful singing voice that he shared generously. When we played Church at our home on the verandah as children, he, as the Priest of course, officiated meticulously. Our reflection is that Ataa Kwei loved the Lord and exhibited this from a very early age. Well done Ataa Kwei! Rest well in Jesus Fifie, Dorothy and Maggie Blavo

TRIBUTE BY PILLAR ENYO (PALLADIUM) COUSINS If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die we die for the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. (Romans 14:8) Growing up as grandchildren of the late Maa Kistina in Palladium is something we all reminisce in every now and then. Kwei, you came along when we thought we already had a full house. Your entrance however brought a new dimension to our mix. You started off as a reserved personality but soon grew to become a strong communicator with in-depth convictions and stood for the welfare of the entire "Pillar Enyo" entourage. Your excellent communication skills coupled with a pleasant personality made you the 'automatic" Master of Ceremonies for family events - a role you performed with ease and dignity. Your deep involvement in church activities at an early age convinced us you were heading for Priesthood in line with the rich Freeman family tradition. You eventually opted for the Legal Fraternity which also made us proud: especially the day you were called to the Bar. Some of us still recollect the twinkle in your eyes when we joked about courting trouble since we could count on free legal counsel - --yes, a lawyer in our midst. Kwei, we grieve today but we have hope that there is tomorrow in the Lord Jesus Christ and at the opportune time we shall all meet again. When we reflect on your life we see an independent, principled and hard working cousin. Although your tide has receded, we can still see the bright spots that you have left in your trail. Your sun has gone down but your warmth still lingers on with us. Ataa Kwei, you will forever remain in our thoughts. You will be dearly missed. May your soul rest in perfect peace.
