Eternally loved by all his family and friends
Govind was a fun-loving person who had a passion for nature. He cherished going on bush walks and exploring new things and new foods, and took joy in listening and dancing to music.
He incorporated his passion for the environment into his very successful career, and aimed to inspire the whole country to go solar. He was Employee of the Year for 4 consecutive years, and made Assistant Director at TrinaSolar in early 2021.
He was the loudest supporter of his daughters' cricket team. He himself has won many trophies for both tennis and cricket.
Most of all, Govind selflessly gave love to every person he met. No matter how busy he was, he always made time for you. He showered his family with love and joy, and his daughters were the apple of his eye.
Govind - we love you, we miss you, and you'll always be in our hearts.

It is so sad to hear about the passing of Govind. Our thoughts and prayers for his family during this difficult times. May God give them strength to continue their lives without him. Trina Solar was among one of the suppliers I dealt with for quite a few years. RIP Govind far too young..

Govind was and will always be a my dearest friend and bother. He was full of joy, an infectious laugh and larger than life person. There was never a dull moment with him. He had many years together in MIT. I can still remember a trip on went on with him and his family visiting various places near MIT including a temple on the Konkan area. The journey was full of laughter, banter and just enjoying the company of a dear friend and his loving family. During my industrial placement in Calcutta we spent weeks in many energy plants together and remember the weeks of toil during daytimes near the furnaces and lovely evenings with his family. I remember engaging conversations with them, quite often interrupted by Govind in laughing fit and everyone joining in. More recently we were talking about trip down the memory lane visit to MIT. Heart breaking that we have lost you Govind at such a young age. I still remember the fun times we had during the Ladakh trip with you and Gaurav. Such fun filled innocent fun we had site seeing, playing in snow and eating Maggi noodles at so many "Maggi Dhabas". We kept saying we need to do this again after the trip. Alas it was not meant to be. I & Tinnu will always be there for your family. RIP Govind.
