Bryan Paul Rackley

Bryan Paul Rackley, 58, of Vienna, WV went home to be with his Lord on February 2, 2020. He passed peacefully at WVU Hospital (CCMH) after fighting a vigilant battle with Burkett’s Lymphoma. Bryan was born in Fairfax, VA on July 4, 1961. He is the son of John Wesley Rackley III and the late Nancy Mallory Rackley. He was the oldest of two children. Since Bryan graduated West Springfield Senior High School, he has worked in retail management. He opened and successfully operated Charleston Furniture Direct and Parkersburg Furniture Outlet. He was a leader, mentor, and conscientious person. He always put his customers first! Bryan is survived by his partner, Anne Davidson of Vienna, WV; daughter, Natalee Grace Rackley of St. Albans, WV; stepson, Rhett Hammett Davidson of Vienna, WV; sister, Pamela Rackley Doyle of Charlestown, WV; father, John Wesley Rackley III of Petersburg, VA; best friend, David Harry Yanke Sr. and his wife, Regina, of Berkeley Springs, WV. He is also leaving behind many beloved friends from the furniture business. Bryan was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Mallory Rackley of Petersburg, VA; his grandparents, John and Helen Rackley of Petersburg, VA and Robert and Zona Mallory of Petersburg, VA. Bryan’s ashes were cremated and will be scattered off of Little Stony Man Mountain Overlook, located off of Skyline Drive in Virginia. This was his most happy place.
