Octavio Alegria Leon

Octavio Leon was born on March 14th 1947 to Jesus and Francesca Leon in Cananea Sonira, Mexico. He was the brother to Jessie Leon, Charlie Leon and Robert Leon. Octavio Also was a father to three girls Frances Neal, Noellle Martinez and Kamala Whitlock. He also was a grandfather to Lindsey Arnold, Zane McCallum, Johnathan McCallum, Asia Kiser, Corey Burch, Nathan Gonzalez, Darian Whitlock and Alexa Martinez. He was also a great grandfather to Lillian, Isabella, Eli, Zender, Gage, Anthony, Jackie, Annabella, Lylah, Riley, Colson, Alliana, Emmet and Heather.He sadly passed away on November 3rd 2019 and joined Jesus and Francescia Leon, Armando Leon, Irma Rodriguez and Ricky Leon and Christopher Leon in heaven.Octavio also known to many of us as Gus or tavo a great fun and loving man who worked very hard at GM motors and retired after 42 years He grew up in Hunnington Park and went to Compton High and after moved to Shreveport Louisiana. Gus made alot of memories with all of you here today weather you are cousins, nieces, nephews, spouses or just really close friends that were like family. Now we would like for anyone that wanted to come up and share any memories that you had with Gus while he was with us weather you guys laughed, cried or got into trouble. We can't change what has happened but we can go forwards knowing that he is no longer suffering and that he has joined his loved ones and is now another guardian angel to look over us and keep us safe.
