Wayne was a gentle soul. He touched many people's lives by understanding or helping.  He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, veteran and friend. We know he is in a better place, but he will be missed dearly. Wayne will be interred in section 11 at the Culpeper VA National Cemetary on October 4th 2024.
