So many memories of Chippy…first time we met he was coaching Jr as a 5-year old. Poor guy😂. He was loud, whistled like a m-fer(could always pick him out of a crowd with that), inappropriate, sweet, welcoming, and generous. We always had an interesting time whenever he was around. He was good to my kids and good to us. Miss ya, Captain Inappropriate.

Chip was always the biggest person in the room. By that I mean he was the most gracious host, the life of the party, always had the biggest smile and would embrace you with the largest hug when greeting you. He was generous with his time. One particular example was when he took the time and effort to print out over 100 pictures for our daughters Covid backyard wedding. We were able to plant them in the hillside of our yard to make it seem like everyone was there. This was so special and meant a lot to us. Sending blessings to Mo, Jul, Nat and Will.

Chip and I had SO much fun when we were together. I remember when Will first joined Boy Scouts. Chip and I immediately became friends! He had NO clue about camping, what gear Will would need or what to buy for the two of them. I sent him detailed lists of what they'd need and where to get everything and he was ALL-IN! He quickly embraced spending time outdoors, sleeping in his tent and how rustic it all was. (a lot different than sitting around his beautiful pool! lol) He also really enjoyed the camaraderie, all the joking and busting on each-other that went on with all of the adults and of course, he could hold his own! And as rustic as it was camping in the woods for days at a time we always ate well and boy could Chip cook, And naturally we all loved that! Those days and especially the nights around the campfire were the most relaxed I've ever seen him. I recall back when he lost all that weight. I was just blown away at how much healthier he looked and felt. I remember giving him a big hug and telling him I was proud of him 'cause that must've been so hard for a guy that loves to eat good food. I know he was a hard worker, loved sports and enjoyed being around people as you can see in the photos from one of the New Year's Eve bowling parties. I also know that Chip loved his family. I truly appreciated our friendship.......He will be forever missed.......

Talking to Chip the first day I met him was like talking to someone I have known for years. I asked him to introduce me to you, Mo, so I could share some tips on what to expect when visiting St. Lucia, since you both were traveling there that same year. Meeting Chip was one of the best chance meetings of my life because, through him, I met you, Mo. I will always cherish our years of family friendship, our family vacations, and all the time we spent together. Chip was such a joy. He always knew how to keep us laughing. Even when he was teasing me, he had a way of doing it that I will always look back on with a smile. He is deeply missed. Rest in Peace Chip. Kathlyn and John

I first met Chip when we moved in next door on Remarkable Ct in 2009. Terry and I were sitting outside on the deck with our family when this larger than life guy walked over with a housewarming case of beer and said, “welcome to the neighborhood!” He sat down and almost immediately started cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. It was as if he knew us his entire life. It really made Terry and I feel welcomed. I knew that very day that we would be friends. That following winter, we got two monster snow storms that dropped almost 3 feet of snow. We had just moved in and I didn’t have a snowblower. I went outside to shovel and Chip saw me. He said, “what are you doing? I have a snowblower. I’ll take care of your driveway.” He then went up and down the street with his “pope mobile”, helping anyone who needed it. That’s the kind of guy he was. I will always cherish the good times we had with Chip - holiday get-togethers, poker games, golf outings, summer nights out at the pool, and watching a lot of sports including the Eagles’ Super Bowl win in 2018. We had many fun times and laughs together. Rest in peace, Chip and sending our love to Mo, Jul, Nat, and Will.
