My Mother was Edith Santistevan Martinez. Her and Virginia were cousins. My Mom and Dad (Herby Martinez also from Taos) loved visiting with Virginia whenever they were in Taos. My Mom loved Virginia and always thought about her even when my Mom couldn't go to Taos anymore. My sympathy to all of the family.
