Tom Mukisa is the son of Ms Rachel Felice Mukwaya, and brother to Noelle Nakayiza and Ratibah Ismail as well as uncle to Mazhar Merow, residents of Denver, Colorado, USA. The family is originally from Uganda, East Africa.
Tom relocated to Denver in 2009. Prior to coming to the USA, he worked at Compu-Tech International (Uganda-East Africa) as Computer Software Programmer. On arrival to Denver, he enrolled at Community College of Denver-AAS Degree in Information Technology, after which he started working as an independent contractor in the IT field till the time of his demise.
Tom went to Bugema Seventh Day Adventist Secondary School.
