Raymond T Jagars was born on January 4, 1951, in Los Angeles, California, to Juanita Jagars, age 33, and Raymond William Jagars, age 39. Ray sadly leaves behind a sister: Frankie. 3 children: son Bryan/1970, daughter Tiffany/1972, and son Raymond /1973). He also leaves dozend of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many friends whom will miss him very much.
