Welcome friends and family members, and thank you for being with us as we celebrate the life of a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Ponciano A. Roberto Jr. We would like to thank everyone who has sent their condolences. We have received countless phone calls, texts, thoughts, and prayers. These have been comforting during this difficult time. Today we honor, respect, and remember a good and strong man who inspired and enriched all of our lives in different ways. We remember him as a man who loved coaching people and sharing his wisdom. A man who is passionate and finds joy in playing chess with his children & grandchildren. A man who amused people in their daily lives, and mostly a faithful man who obey the word of God. For all of us, let's take a moment to shift our thoughts from how much we'll miss him to one of your own happy and comical times that you shared with him. To our Papa Pons, Lolo Ely, Kuya Ely, we are at peace knowing that you are now in a better place for you have fought for so long. You will always be cherished and in our hearts. We love you so much.
