Patricia Jo Fazzio left the physical world to join the heavenly world on Sunday, July 16, 2023. She was a dedicated mother of three and an amazing Nonna to nine. She held a special place in her heart for Our Lady of Lourdes. Please say the following prayer in remembrance of her.
"Our Lady of Lourdes, heal the sick, convert sinners. Health of the sick, help of the suffering, pray for us. Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse in thee."
In lieu of flowers, please find it in your hearts to donate to Saint Vincent de Paul (using the link below). Pat enjoyed her volunteer time there.

We saw Pat last in early June at Nick and Rioghnach’s home. It was a breakfast / brunch get together and Pat , brought her delicious homemade contributions. Pat was a fantastic cook. I know Nick loved his Mom’s cooking and Pat always made sure there was leftovers for Nick. My husband Adrian and I throughly enjoyed Pats company and shared a love of music. Pat had a vinyl record player and enjoyed listening to her favorites. She told us on our last trip about her garden and her multiple bird feeders and how she simply loved watching the numerous birds visiting and feeding in her back yard. Pat, you were a lovely lady. You will be sorely missed by family and friends. Including us. RIP Pat
