My condolences to Reggie, Barbara, Darlene, Joseph David and all the Vigil Family. Otelia was such a kind and humble lady. I never forget how good she was when she worked in the lunchroom. She was so generous and so kind. If it was that extra piece of bread an extra carton of milk or an extra serving of enchiladas, she always made sure I didn't leave hungry. She was so good to her students. You will always be a good memory in our lives. RIP Otelia ❤
