Kristian Allen “Yo Chachee” Robinson made his last inappropriate and probably sarcastic comment on March 15th . Kristian was born and immediately dubbed (in his mind) “our favorite child” to Spencer (Penny) Robinson and Karen (Strother) Robinson in September of 1969. He is survived by his proudest accomplishments daughters Chloe’ Robinson and Eliza Robinson. Which he often spoke of how proud he was of them. Additionally he is survived by his younger brother Dustin Robinson (Patti) of, can I come and live with you, Huntersville, NC and younger sisters Melissa Jones (Chris) and Breanna Robinson (Unknown) of, I know you have your phone on you, Vienna, WV. Kristian’s demise will now allow them to emerge out of his shadow. A variety of nieces and nephews of mediocre upbringing would complete the list of those to embellish his memory. He was preceded in death by his mother Karen (Strother) Robinson. Kristian was a 1987 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 1999 graduate of West Virginia University and served in the Army from 1992-1998. Kristian died knowing that Caddyshack was the best movie ever. The Foo Fighters best band, Clint Eastwood the baddest man on the planet, and that chicks dig EL Cominos. His regrets were few but included eating a rotisserie hot dog from a convenience store in the summer of 2002 and that no video evidence exists of his prowess on the football field or the bedroom. He was a WVU Mountaineer through and through. He once said that he would respectfully request 6 WVU Football player pallbearers so the Mountaineers could let him down one more time. Everyone that met Kristian immediately fell in love with his sense of humor. It is in that spirit that this was written. “So I got that going for me, which is nice. ” — Carl Spackler Due to the Covid-19 virus there will be memorial service at a later date. I met Kristian my sophmore year in Highschool, we had an art class together and I saw how talented he was. At first I thought he was obnoxious (because it takes one to know one) but as the year went on and I got to know him more, I thought he was very witty and funny. Very few people have the ability to insult you and make you laugh at the same time but he did. Every so often I would get a random call form him (the last one was about 3 months ago) and we would talk about stupid stuff and Mountaineer sports and make fun of people. However, he always talked about his daughters and how proud he was of theme as well as his Dad. He certainly had his own way of making fun of things................Rest in Peace old friend.

You will be missed brother. We were in the barracks and he walked out of his room without a shirt on and said: "Red, check out these abs, (there were absolutely no abs, just a hairy belly) you have to look under the fat." ;-)

I greatly appreciate the spirit of this obituary as it captures the essence of Kris (and I can never get used to calling him that). No one that knew him can think of him with any emotion other than happiness. Even now, in light of this news - only positive happy memories. I have a drawing that he gave me when we were in school that has been stored with my few momentous from that time. Iâ??ve always valued it because first of all - it was amazingly good; representing his amazing talent. Secondly, he was so sincere in giving to me and that meant more than the drawing; representing how heâ??d give you all of himself to make you smile - to bring you some joy. Iâ??m so glad we got to spend a little time together at our last reunion. What an amazing and awesome guy; and what a loss. My sympathies and prayers to his family and many, many, many friends.

I loved Kristian through and through. There was never a time that I was around him that he was not smiling and having fun. He was a sweetheart of a guy that was always wanting to just live life to fullest. I admired him so much from early on even as a young man. He is someone that I will always remember and love. I look forward to seeing his smiling face on the other side of glory. Rest In Peace cousin. You will always be remembered.

I will forever have your humor in my heart. no matter what grey clouds followed you, you always brought your laughter umbrella to give your world protection in your joy. In all of my times in need you always opened your door for shelter and compassion to fill my spirit full. You gave me the gratitude and conference to succeed physically and mentally. You were an incredibly passionate artist that taught us all the emotions in your mind and heart which express your need to reach and tell your stories. You inspired my own creativity in my art. Thank you for filling my life full of color. You loved your girls more than I could ever express in words. Every child you encountered you loved them like they were your own. You gave the greatest gift anyone could receive... Your time! I love you and will truly miss your smile. Be with God and feel free to visit me in my dreams.

I met Kristian my sophomore year in Highschool in an Art class (he was a good Artist) ........at first I thought he was obnoxious (mainly because it takes one to know one) but as the year went on and I got to know him, I found him to be very witty. Very few people have the ability to make fun of you and ridicule you and still make you laugh.........he could do that........about once every 18 months I would get a random call from him and we would talk about stupid stuff but he always would tell me about his daughters and his dad and how great he thought they were.....nobody could make fun of people better than him........Rest in Peace old friend
