Jody Alford

Jody was my middle child and had the sweetest personality. She was a cheerleader, played the flute and was the best dancer I've ever seen. She was kind hearted and would help anyone. She always wanted to be a mother, and she had her son in November 2006. She loved him with all of her heart. He was her everything. The following January, she got into a custody battle with her son's father. He murdered her 10 days before her 24th birthday. She was in a domestic violence relationship and lost her life when she tried to leave.
