How does one express the amazing essence and spirit of Sue, her selfless generosity and unwavering commitment when it came to her family, her dogs, her friends and her work.

The loss is there, tangible and real within everyone, but Sue exemplified life, love, laughter and an irrepressible belief and faith in seeing the best in everything, even loss.

Sue was an amazing person who has played a unique and special role in all of our lives.

Sue will be deeply missed. I’m sure her family and friends will always remember how loyal she was as a colleague and a special friend to many, we can honour Sue by sharing special moments and funny anecdotes.

Amazing, unique, special…absolutely.

We’ll grieve for you, and cry for you and even smile because of you.

And in all the tomorrows we’ll feel you – gone in some ways, but your presence ever near.

My sincere condolences to Sue's family, friends and colleagues. I worked with Sue for fourteen years at The Office of Local Government and in this time, Sue always advocated for fairness in the work place. I will remember her kindness, understanding and sharing of knowledge, while always having her witty sense of humour. She will be missed by all who crossed her path for sure. RIP
