From Pastor Robert and Angeline Tucker: Dear Lois and Family, May God be with you and comfort you during this time. Pastor Eldon was such a gentle, kind, and caring man. Every nation and people that he ministered to could feel his compassion and love. When we visited Malawi we were always so impressed with the care he gave to his staff and students. He was always very diligent in his preparation and delivery of the message God gave to him. Pastor Eldon and Lois' hearts were always towards the widow and the orphan. They spent countless hours organizing and feeding thousands of people in Malawi. This truly is "pure religion and undefiled before God." Pastor Eldon and Sister Lois can be considered as the Senior missionaries of Zion Fellowship International. Their lives have been one of faithful and dedicated service unto the Lord. There is an abundance of good fruit produced by this man of God. It was such an honor that he considered us to be his friends. We sorrow with those who sorrow, but we also rejoice with those who rejoice. We know Pastor Eldon is rejoicing today in the presence of the Lord. Lois, Eldon's nature was to always make sure that you were cared for. He has now gone ahead to prepare the way for you to meet him, too, someday. In a vision I saw Pastor Eldon placing his trophies before the Lord and then the Lord reached out his hand and received Pastor Eldon unto Himself. He shall behold the face of His King for all of eternity to come. We love you all dearly and bless you with comfort and peace, Pastor and Angeline Tucker

Memories from Jeremy J. KROPF While I am so sad for dad to go, I am happy that he is with the Lord. He was such a tremendous role model. Dad may not have been able to stay up late, but he was always rising early to spend time with the Lord. When he prayed, you could feel that there was substance behind it. Dad didn't always talk a lot, but we always knew we were loved. You saw it in his eyes, heard it in his voice. He was always a hard worker and didn't want people to make a fuss over him. He was gentle and yet firm. When it came to the Lord's will, the cost didn't matter, only the call. I will miss him terribly. Yet, the timing of how everything happened is too unique to be coincidental. God does all things well - even this. He was a father to many, but he was a dad to me - always loved, always remembered. May I walk in his footsteps.

TESTIMONY FROM Pastor Dickson Mwanyambo, Mbeya Tanzania Our Gospel journey to Chunya, in Itindi village, started on December 4, 2020, From Mbeya we had Pastor Eldon Kropf with Pastor Joram. It took us 3 and a half hours to arrive in Chunya. We arrived in the evening in the village to start distributing mattresses to widows while Pastor Eldon said, "Dickson" This is what we were doing in Malawi, helping needy people and widows". The pastors taught the seminar for three days in a row, and more than 27 people were baptized immediately after believing in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Eldon Kropf, despite being very old but also managed to go to the river where it is very low for the baptism of 27 new believers, at Maranatha Reconciliation Church, Itindi Village. Pastor Eldon, was sleeping in a very common place in the village, as well as eating a simple meal, this made people see the heart of humility and love in him. Pastor Eldon came here to MRC Nzovwe, several times, but all the time he was teaching to encourage the church to depend on God only. And always he was sharing the testimony of his family to leave the US to come to Africa. He was sharing on how God is faithful if you depending on Him. One thing I noticed about him, was when he raised up his hands, THE GLORY OF GOD COME DOWN IMMEDIATELY AROUND US, HE WAS A MAN OF PRAYERS AND INTERSESSION. The Last time I visited Ben's compound, Pastor Kropf said to me, "I'm happy to see you keep preaching the Good News to God's people, Keep that up Dickson, and God will bless you" After a few minutes his wife Lois came with a bluish gray sweater and gave it to me, she said "My husband wants to give this to you, one of his sweaters to keep you warm during this time of winter." And it was perfect size for me. After I heard about his death, I could now see the sweater as a sign to say "Goodbye" to me. Then I remember Lois, she said, "My husband is going home to the US, so he won't need it again, this sweater". Now I see this was prophetic. He was going home, but not to the US. He was going home to Heaven. Pastor Eldon, he was my helper and comforter, always encouraging me in my marriage, advising and praying for me through difficulties. For his Ministry, in General, Pastor Eldon Kropf taught under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit as well as living as an example that brought understanding and showed God's Word easily to anyone who hears his teachings. Eldon was a Father who had more faith and trust in God than anyone I had seen before him. Among other things, Eldon Kropf was a Teacher! He taught many Bible courses in schools, churches and seminars in Africa over the years. Since 2005 - 2017 Eldon and Lois ran a Bible School, Zion Ministries International in Blantyre, Malawi. It was a residential school where village pastors could come and study undistracted fore several weeks at a time. When Pastor Eldon and Lois first came to Malawi their hearts were burdened for the the pastors as many of them didn't even own Bibles. God gave the Kopf's grace and anointing to labor 10 years to serve these pastors by offering them inexpensive courses and books to strengthen the church of Malawi. Rev. Eldon's heart was to see a vibrant African Church for Jesus Christ. Zion Ministries Blantyre graduated 144 students (with ZCU) during this time. We believe God will water the seeds that were planted and there will be much fruit!

Memories from Daniel D. KROPF It is with great fondness and sadness that I remember my dad. I am happy that he is now with Jesus and without any pain or suffering. I rejoice that he has finished his race, yet I miss him. I remember how he was such a good father to me and my siblings, the care and concern that he showed. I remember his love for God and seeing him in his afghan awakening the morning with his devotions. I remember his kindness. I remember him pitching for me when I wanted to practice batting in South Africa, and how fun that was, until having pitched several pitches, he tried a knuckle ball and hit me in the leg. I remember his compassion for others. I remember these and many other things, and can only thank God for the years He gave us together. I look forward to seeing him again, having lived a life impacted by his, and by his faith in God.

Eldon Kropf - A Truly Wealthy Man (By Sarah Kropf) How do you measure a life? Is it in wealth, accomplishments, status, achievements, popularity, longevity, ease, comfort? I am without question often misled in seeing all those things when I first look at a person's life. But then I remind myself that if this is the measure of a man's life, it is empty. All these measuring rods can be misleading. For the true value of a man in not in what acclaim he has received, but in what he deserves to receive. We often do not see the gain of the righteous in dollars or in popularity. But a truly honorable man is honored by heaven itself, and his wealth is measured in his spiritual legacy, his children, his good works, his seed and in what he is yet to gain for all eternity, his eternal reward. I have seen the wealth of the righteous in the Kropf family, and in the life of Pastor Eldon and Lois Kropf and I recognize that there is a price to be paid to become truly wealthy. For we gain according to our giving. And we reap according to our sowing. Eldon gave his life day after day, month after month and year after year. He never stopped. I never heard him think about himself, but about his children, about tender believers and about the fields of the Lord. He was God's friend. He was sensitive to the things that were near to God's heart. He loved to sing. Even if he wasn't a musician, he was a true worshipper. Some have commented and I concurre - his anointing increased in his latter years. We were so blessed to have been with them in December 2020. We had no idea why we felt such an urgency to be with them (aside from the fact that it had been over 3 years since we had been with them), we knew it was a God appointed time. We helped Ben arrange the office studio in their home where Dad was wanting to record more sessions for the Radio Stations. If anyone knew Bro Eldon, you knew he was a quiet man. However, once the door was closed and the recording had started, the anointing came over him and his voice was so strong, so powerful and the message was like sitting under a waterfall. I had intended to brush my teeth in the room just next to the office/studio. I think I brushed them for over 7 minutes that day because I was soaking up the sound of the anointing. He took great interests in the things that were important to God, and he sowed in those places where God was working. He gave his love, he gave his counsel, he gave his prayers, he gave financially, he gave his time, he gave his life. We feel so blessed to have had a father in Eldon. We honor him as a righteous man. We honor him as a man sent by God. As a father, and as a friend of God. Although he dwelled in simple places, and braved a life of service in poverty stricken nations. He was a wealthy man and will continue to inherit his eternal reward in the lives of so many of us (His children and those who have been impacted by him) as we press on to know God and follow his Godly example. He was a good tree, and has born much much fruit. The seeds are in the fruit, and as we are planted and grow and bear our own fruit, we will honor him. When I would visit, he would make me coffee-then he discovered I like it strong:) So he would make mine first, then add water to his. He gave, and gave and always put others first. When our hearts were breaking, he gave us his ears. When we were at our wits end, he gave us his counsel. When we were in need of direction, he gave us his prayers. And always without knowing it, he gave us his example. I pray his life would not only impress me but that I would learn from him how to be God's friend and how to leave a legacy of righteousness. After all, this was his greatest measure of wealth. - Sarah (daughter-in-law) Pictures: Our last time together in January 2021 - Family Time on the shores of Lake Malawi, Dad and his youngest son Justin, and an older picture of Dad with several of his sons.
