Charlotte Michelle Winters

Proverbs 31:28-31 says: “Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. ” Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate. ” Beloved daughter of Sharon Lynn Winters-Chaddock and the late Albert Michael Winters. Charlotte Michelle Winters passed away in the comfort of her home, under the loving care of her children and mother, on Friday October 8th, 2021. Left to cherish her memories she is survived by her two children Briana Michelle Hunt, and Dakota Lee Hunt (Taylor Frazier and grandson), her mother Sharon Lynn Winters-Chaddock, and four brothers Michael Winters, David Winters, Doug Winters, and Steven Winters. Charlotte had many friends that were more like family to her. Charlotte attended the Barbazon School of Modeling in 1992, graduated from Parkersburg South High School in 1995, and attended West Virginia University of Parkersburg, graduating in 2011 with a degree in Automotive Technologies. Charlotte was employed at Carwrex in Williamstown and was a trip advisor. She loved both of her jobs. Charlotte led a life that was full of lessons and love. She could effortlessly light up a room, and she loved making people smile. She could make a friend anywhere she went. Charlotte loved children and had many “nieces and nephews”. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, going to the dirt track races, shooting pool, shopping, and going to Disney world. Per her wishes a private cremation will take place at the Mid Ohio Valley Cremation Society and a Celebration of Life/ candle light vigil will take place at Fort Boreman state park on Friday October 22nd 2021 at 6:30pm.
