Brian Keith Crowell, age 45, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, June 25, 2021.
Brian was born on June 5, 1976 to Vickie and Royce Crowell, Jr. in Andrews, Texas. Brian proudly wore the #65 throughout his high school football years. He was a part of the New Mexico All South football team and played in the North/South All-star game. He competed in javelin and shot-put for the Eunice High School track and field team. Brian was a calf-roper, team roper, and competitive bulldogger and participated as part of the Lea County Junior Rodeo Association and the High Plains Junior Rodeo Association.
Brian loved his country and proudly served in the United States Navy as a Fire Controlman Third Class. Anyone that knew Brian knew he was a die hard Texas Tech Red Raider Alum. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology.
Brian was an avid hunter, fisherman and conservationist. He grew up hunting with his family and friends in the Guadalupe mountains and the sandhills of Lea County New Mexico. He loved and enjoyed taking his children on hunting and fishing trips. Brian loved going on vacation with his family, whether it was to the Texas Gulf Coast or to the mountains in Taos and Red River, New Mexico.
Brian never met a stranger. He had a very outgoing and contagious personality. Everyone that knew him knew he always had stories and jokes to share that were guaranteed to make you laugh. There was never a dull moment when Brian was around.
