I didn't know Luc for a very long time, but for the time that I did his positive energy and passion for his work were powerful and inspirational. May he rest in peace and his family and friends comforted during this very difficult time.

I knew Luc since he was a baby. In fact he's my cousin. I will always remember Luc for he's smile, lovely smile. I had a great time with him when he came to spend a whole summer in Canada with us when he was a kid. Well educated, thanks to his mom, his grand mother and I can't forget Tasha and Nancy cause there were living in the same house. Good jobs ladies. I had such a great time with him back in 2013 for thanksgiving in Virginia. Good memories. Now he's gone and my pain runs deep. Rest in peace Luc until we'll meet again cousin.

I’m deeply saddened by Luc’s untimely passing. In his short time on this earth, Luc accomplished more than many people do in an entire lifetime. He was a true example of what a public servant is. His legacy will live on and inspire others to take up the mantle to move the work forward. May he Rest In Peace. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during what is an unimaginable difficult time.

I am indeed blessed to have met Luc and be in awe of his humility ,kindness and love that he generated not only to us on earth but to his Lord. Heard his sermon more than once & thought this was his calling. Gone too soon but sleep in peace & may perpetual light keep shining on you Luc. We have lost a son on the earth while the heavens has gained one. Rest in Peace!! Condolence to his family & friends.

Luc, your last homily shared with us on August 8th, I quote, "It's above us now!" I still hear you saying it. We will never understand and yet we have to say, " It's above is now." Your purpose has been fulfilled. You ran the course and finished your race. The universe now embraces your spirit. Forever in our hearts.

A true gentleman who walked with grace, joy and purpose. A smile that lit up a room and a genuineness and gentleness that went along with it. One of a kind. I am shocked and saddened that you are gone and my deepest condolences to your family and community of friends. We were colleagues who remained connected even after we no longer worked together. A brief text or email every few months, and receiving a birthday greeting (on the actual day), all leave me with fond memories that I will always cherish. You were just getting started, yet already achieved so much. Rest In peace, dear Luc.
