In April 2020, he purchased a Flex Home from Shelter Dynamics, Inc., only the second of its kind, to be put on his land in Northern New Mexico. He insured his wife Katherine, would have a permanent home before he passed.
Frank was a man of many talents, known for his infectious smile, his playful character and for being a loving and supportive partner and husband. His hobbies included making pine needle baskets and he was often found building or fixing things.
