Dr. Bob's laugh, his joy, his kindness were so wonderful. I miss him. I am so happy that he was able to spend his last years in love and in a new marriage!

I knew Dr. McFarlane while employed as a respiratory therapist at Bess Kaiser Medical Center. He was a fine doctor to work with and he paid close attention to the status and well being of his patients. A great role model for all of the staff!!

I lost track of Bob after he left Kaiser but wondered where he was and how he was. I worked with him and joined him on the Kaiser Ashland excursion. Good guy..

I remember the day Bob and Betty moved into Terwilliger. I worked in member services and over the years had the opportunity to work with Bob on a variety of projects and conferences. He was a warm and funny man. So long Bob it was great!
