WHAT IS A VIRTUAL MEMORIAL?

A virtual memorial service with Keeper is like an in-person memorial, but it’s conducted online with family and friends participating virtually via video conference. Keeper customizes each service to be as unique as your loved one, so no virtual memorial event is ever alike. Our virtual memorial services include eulogies, image slideshows, videos, and recitations of poetry, religious texts, or other passages. The service can also include hands-on legacy activities such as gardening, cooking or meditation.

Dave was an amazing individual. He worked for me in the 11th Wing Accounting Office when he was a Senior Aiman and later with me while at SAF/CDM. When we talked and he would tell me about his boys and all the great things they were doing. He was so proud of them and their accomplishments. It is so hard to believe that Dave is no longer with us. He was an amazing person who will be missed. Rest in Peach my friend. Gone but will never be forgotten.

Still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that my sister is no longer living on this earth. Have truly missed having her here in Texas over the last several years but I do know she was indeed where she wanted to be with her daughter and granddaughter! I hate she won’t be around for more of Izzy’s life but I know she treasured each and every moment she was afforded with her grand baby over the last five years and will now be a guardian angel for Izzy!

Mylinda Conley I know we did not always see eye to eye but I am so thankful to look back at our life together and see that we could always come back out on the right side of things. You have been my family historian every since the passing of our parents and I will miss your wisdom and knowledge! Even though you had moved and we didn’t get to see each other much, I could always count on hearing that infamous laugh and know you were smiling during our phone conversations! ❤️I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU DEARLY SISTER!❤️

Everyone love your family, tomorrow is not promised.

I knew Susan for only a short while. She was our neighbor in Sarasota, and I’d greet her when she walked “the circle” carrying her hand weights. She had such a ready smile and quick wit. I will miss her.

The memorial was perfect! So many memories and stories - a true and deserved tribute to Sandy. I have a golf story memory to share.
Perhaps as one of the few women who golfed with Sandy - thankfully as a woman golfing with Sandy, he never asked or allowed me to be in on any of the betting. Thank you for that, Sandy. I did notice when I golfed with Sandy that he seemed to be getting better. Or, was his scoring technique just getting better. It started out as - "we never score over 10", then it moved to "we never score over double par" Hmmm?! But that is not the story...
So the story goes... we were at a Highlander off-site retreat at Deerhurst, first or second night, around midnight Sandy decided it was a good time to have a driving contest - it was pitch dark (no street lights), so Sandy directs everyone to "go and get your cars and turn the headlights on facing the fairway" - and so it was, likely the first (and possibly last) midnight driving contest at Deerhurst. Who won?Nobody knows. Security came, someone's car was stuck partially in a ditch on a golf car path and, as you might expect, Sandy was not concerned. He would anad did, deal with the aftermath, with charm and wit. Did Highlander go back to Deerhurst for a retreat, I don't think so, but hey it was a great time and great memories were made and now had by all. Loved that you were part of my life Sandy.
Cheers,
Denise
