Loved beyond words, missed beyond measure
In Loving memory of Donna Lechner aka Lady Donna, Mama Donna, G Ma, Gigi, Memaw, my Numbah One.
Donna had a way of making everyone feel at home. Her hugs, her voice, her laughter, her presence — they brought comfort and peace. When you were around her, you felt safe. You felt loved. You felt important. That is a rare gift and she gave it freely.
While our hearts are filled with heartbreak, it is also filled with gratitude. Gratitude for the memories we were blessed to share. Gratitude for the love she gave so effortlessly. Gratitude for the example she set for all of us.
Mom, Donna, my best friend — I hope you knew just how loved you were. Not just by me, but by everyone whose life you touched. I promise to carry your love forward. I promise to honor you by living with the same compassion, generosity, and grace that you showed every day. We will miss you more than words can express.
Like the gardens you cared for so lovingly, your legacy will continue to grow. Your love will continue to bloom in the hearts of everyone you touched.
Rest peacefully. You will always be with us.

¿Cómo conociste a Donna?
I met Donna only once or twice through our mutual dear friend Theresa (Teri). I got to know, love and respect Donna through the years through Theresa's stories of the great friendship, support and fun adventures they had together. Through thick and thin! no matter the newest escapade or season of their lives, there was Donna, friend and "sister" (angel really!) I will miss not only the stories but also knowing my dear friend Theresa will not have such a close and trusted friend nearby.. Dear Theresa ,and Scott (who I met in California years ago) and Family, Please know I have you all in my Heart and thoughts through this both difficult and momentous time. Much love ❤️ Dolores Diaz

Mama Donna filled the room with warmth and love. I met her through her son, my best friend, Scott and what a gift it was for him to share his Numbah One with me. It was a honor to spend time with them on her trips to California. She was always game to dress up, look beautiful and be dashed around town. She was light hearted and ready to laugh. She listened with care and I’ll never forget how comforting she was when I needed some words of assurance. Dear Mama Donna you will be dearly remembered and always in my heart.
