David was a wonderfully funny individual with a great sense of humour. He welcomed me into the team when I started, and he was a great source of technical knowledge and experience. He is remembered with great fondness at LW and will be missed.

David was a cheeky, funny individual who always like to stop for a chat. Oh and Geez did he love his cream cardboard manila folders for all his inspections, so much the filing cabinets had not more room so they then lived al over his desk. The Logan Water(LW) Team had many laughs with you. RIP Mr Fell.
