Barbara Ann Miracle, 75, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away at home on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Honoring her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of her life will take place from 1 pm to 3 pm on Saturday, January 17, at Lemke Funeral Homes – South Chapel. Lemke Funeral Homes is honored to serve the family of Barbara Miracle during this difficult time.Barbara was born on May 16, 1950 in Maquoketa, Iowa. She was the daughter of Earl and Zada (Bowers) Harrington. Barbara was a 1969 graduate of Clinton High School.She was united in marriage to Tommy Miracle on November 20, 1995. They enjoyed 30 wonderful years together.Barbara retired from MercyOne Medical Center after working 33 years in the distribution department.She dearly loved her three cats. Above all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren, very much and will be incredibly missed. She also enjoyed shopping for antiques and bargain hunting for collectables.She is survived by her husband Tommy Miracle of Clinton; daughter - Megan (Jorge) Preciado of DeWitt; two grandchildren - Carlos (Brooklyn) and Sophia and her identical twin sister - Bev Kammerer; niece - Robyn Smith and nephew - Derek Ott; special cousin - Kathy Utzig and other extended family, as well as, many friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Rosie.Memorials may be directed to the wishes of the family.
